Harley-Davidson Mobile Experience

I joined Harley-Davidson to help elevate the quality and consistency of their mobile experience. As Associate Design Director at MullenLowe Profero, my role focused on strengthening design direction, improving team output, and shaping key features across the core app and connected bike services.

The work spanned both the primary mobile app and new connected experiences for electric and standard motorcycles.

Elevating the core mobile experience

The initial focus was on improving clarity, consistency, and usability across the core app. This included refining visual hierarchy, aligning interaction patterns, and raising the overall quality bar for the product experience.

Designing connected bike health and service features

As the work progressed, I also led design on a new service that allowed riders to follow and monitor the health status of their motorcycles, including both electric and standard models.

This work extended the app beyond utility, reinforcing the relationship between rider, bike, and brand.

Strengthening design direction and team output

In addition to hands-on design, my role involved guiding the team toward stronger visual cohesion and higher execution standards. By clarifying direction and raising expectations, the overall quality of the product experience improved across initiatives.

The result was a more cohesive and scalable mobile experience, supporting Harley-Davidson’s evolving product ecosystem and connected services strategy.
